With its 16 centers gathering hospital practitioners and researchers, the CRISALIS clinical investigation network in severe asthma:
- has clinical and scientific expertise in severe asthma, at the service of clinical research,
- offers to investigators and their correspondents: scientific, regulatory, administrative and operational support and access to clinical research training to maintain their skills (GCP, privileged access to F-CRIN training),
- offers to clinical trial sponsors: access to a dynamic, confirmed network of investigators who are experts in severe asthma and who are organized into teams to conduct clinical trials in compliance with GCP and current regulations; operational and administrative scientific support to optimize project set-up and conduct, feasibility studies and recruitment.

CRISALIS services for sponsors (institutional or industrial)
- Through privileged access to a confirmed dynamic network of investigators with expertise in severe asthma, to conduct clinical trials in compliance with GCP and current regulations,
- Scientific, operational and administrative support for all the steps involved in designing and conducting a clinical trial:
- evaluation of the trial feasibility and of the potential for inclusion within the network centers: access to the
practitioners of the university hospitals and their counterparts in the general and liberal hospitals,
- design / preparation of clinical trial files,
- preparation of national and European funding applications,
- drafting of scientific and regulatory study documents,
- follow-up and stimulation of recruitment.
CRISALIS will evaluate the costs and resources required to answer the request
and will offer an adapted service, and/or will call upon the support / service of the Clinical Trial Unit of the National Coordination of F-CRIN, Coordination and conduct of studies, Monitoring, Data management, Regulatory procedures, Vigilance.
